Create quotes and invoices in PDF and Excel
Fill in your business once, add a client and lines: Fildok calculates VAT per rate, writes the total in words and gives you a clean PDF and an Excel file with live formulas.
How it works
- Step 1
Choose the document (quote, invoice, pro forma, credit note, purchase order, delivery note, receipt) and enter your business details once.
- Step 2
Add the client and the lines: quantity, unit price, discount and VAT rate. Totals and the amount in words update as you type.
- Step 3
Download the PDF or the Excel file. With an account, documents are numbered automatically, saved in My Files and can be reopened, duplicated or turned into an invoice.
Why use it
- Country presets: Algerian NIF/NIS/RC/AI, Moroccan ICE/IF/TP/RC, Tunisian tax ID, with the usual VAT rates and stamp duty.
- The Excel file keeps real formulas, so you can keep editing it; the PDF is ready to send.
- French, Arabic (right-to-left) or English, in any currency.
