Terms of Service

The service

myoffice lets you open, edit and convert documents in your browser, and use PDF tools and OCR. The free plan has limits: files up to 50 MB, and account storage with a reminder at 100 MB and new saves and uploads blocked at 250 MB (existing files stay accessible). A paid Plus plan is planned but not yet available. Features and limits may change.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think your account was misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

Your files remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload and use your files.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use myoffice to:

• store or share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• upload malware or attempt to harm the service or other users;
• overload, scrape or automate the service in ways that degrade it for others;
• bypass storage limits, security measures or access controls.

Copyright and abuse reports

To report infringing or abusive content, email support@myoffice.app with the location of the content, what is wrong with it, your contact details and a statement that you are acting in good faith. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Availability and your backups

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important files.

Liability

The free service comes without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new version.
