About Fildok

Fildok is a set of free tools for everyday documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, OCR and generators for invoices, CVs, QR codes and cheques. It is built and run by Data Forge, a software company from Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria. dataforgestack.com

Why we built it

Most document tools are built for English speakers with fast computers. We wanted tools that work as well in Arabic and French as in English, run in any browser, and stay usable on older laptops and phones.

How your files are handled

Some tools run entirely in your browser, so your file never leaves your device. The others send it to our servers, scan it for viruses, process it, and delete it after one hour or after you download the result.

Guests can use the tools without an account, within a daily allowance. A free account keeps your files in your own space until you delete them.

How our guides are written

Our guides are prepared by the Data Forge team with the help of AI writing tools. Every step, limit and setting is checked against how the tool actually works, and we update a guide when the tool changes.
